Willingness has made me grateful.

My name is Jaime B and I went to Cushing Valley Hope Treatment Center. I went to treatment on my own. I had been using Meth for 11 years when I entered. I first tried Meth when I was 15 and love it right away. It gave me everything I didn't have: Confidence, Self-Esteem,and made me come out of my shell. When I first started, I snorted it, then smoke it, and in the end I used a needle. When I got to the needle I hit rock bottom in about two months. I knew I was beaten and couldn't feel any lower than I was. I entered treatment at first for just a relaxing vacation. After awhile in treatment, I decided I could not go home again and stay sober. So I change my people, places,and playgrounds as the program says. I moved into an Oxford House and I couldn't be happier. I have been clean for 47 days and in those 47 days, my mind, my sanity, and my self-esteem are back. I owe everything to Valley Hope.
