Lincoln Valley Hope is easily accessible at 600 N. Cotner in Nebraska's capital city. The outpatient office is located in Suite 119 of the Gateway Professional Building. We have been providing outpatient services in Lincoln since 1980.

Lincoln Valley Hope's intensive outpatient program is held in a six-week format with sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, 8-11 a.m. or Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6-9 p.m. IOP participants receive group therapy, individual and family counseling, educational lectures, films and 12-step program work. Up to one year of continuing care is also provided.

Other services available at the Lincoln office include traditional outpatient, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, assessments/evaluation services and continuing care. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday. Treatment services are covered by most insurance and managed care plans.
